Valuetainment American Flag Army Green Mesh Snapback hat

I'm not surprised at all by the high quality of the hat that I received, after watching pbd for years I've come to expect nothing less. What was surprising however was the lack of customer service. I ordered a hat that was apparently out of stock, I was unaware of this at the time of the order. After receiving no tracking for weeks I reached out to the team multiple times about my order with no response. Finally after a month I was offered a quick apology and the offer of picking a different hat. None of this was terribly handled just not up to par with the image the company holds

The quality of this hat is amazing! It looks exactly like it does on the website no surprises. I will buy more in the future

The hat is cool. I like the other two hats I bought better that have the valuetainment logo on them
