The product is Amazing

The product is Amazing, but the packaging was AWFUL! The box was severely damaged, I have a pic. Both backpack and tumbler were thrown into damaged oversized box. The backpack was wrapped but the tumbler was not though the wrapping was there.i know for a Fact that this is NOT to PBD STANDARDS
