I am writing this review really as complaint towards the customer service of the store as opposed to this sweater (WHICH I ABSOLUTELY LOVE!). I had many orders placed since prior to Christmas. My shipments were delayed for MONTHS! barely received a polo that was supposed to be here in DECEMBER. I sent many messages to the store and did not receive a single response! Also the sweatshirt I had ordered was to have a gold logo but showed up in silver, completely different then the ad pic.

Now I receive a polo shirt that was 3 month too late which due to the size of my order had free returns, but when I try to return it is reducing the refund by an adjustment of about 10$. I am very disappointed in your customer service!!! and lack of response
